The blending of eaux-de-vie from an exceptional estate gives cognac an unmatched typicity and strength. At Domaine de Chez Maillard, all production stages are carried out on the property, from vine to bottle, to extract the fruit of the terroir, so that only the excellence of our Single Estate Cognac can be revealed. Made entirely from Ugni Blanc and distilled in small 2500-liter stills, Leyrat cognacs have a fine and light character, dominated by fruit and enhanced with spicy notes.

On the nose, you can recognize the touch of Francis Abécassis, owner of the Leyrat house. The cognacs he offers are distinguished by their perfect maturity. This Leyrat is certainly of character! The first nose evokes the time of the harvest in Sauternes where, affected by noble rot, the Sémillon, Muscadelle and Sauvignon are about to be picked.
