Tasting Notes

Nose : Soft yet highly complex. Sprinkled with white pepper, it expresses a lot of freshness and alternates between sweet notes and fragrant wood smoke. Gradually, fruits take over: baked apples, red currant jelly, lemon, and lime zest. Then rounder notes of wax and vanilla temper this fruitiness. But this is not without the appearance of green mint, menthol, and floral notes.

Palate : Powerful, with something infinitely natural, sparkling, and spicy. The attack is soft with a subtle touch of smoke. Followed by notes of burnt oak and salt. Richer flavors of Danish iced pastries sneak in.

Finish : Long and persistent, with notes of smoke and crushed black pepper. Then it extends into mint.
