Derived from the blending of 12 casks, this version reminds us that this distillery ceased production in 2000. Whether it’s woody, tarry, generously fruity, strongly spicy, extremely floral, or at the crossroads of all these dominant notes, each cask has contributed to shaping and enriching the aromatic and gustatory palette of this Caroni aptly named “Millennium”.
