This new edition from the Contrasts range has undergone a double maturation. Distilled in 2011, the first maturation takes place in first-fill bourbon casks, followed by the finest Bordeaux wine casks for 5 years. A skillful blend of flavors results in delicate notes of honey and flowers, flavors of wild berries and toasted oak, with a gentle peat smoke on the finish.
