Winestillery is both a distillery and a vineyard. It is actually the first and only independent distillery in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany. In a “grape to glass” approach, the distillery seeks to reinterpret the Tuscan terroir by exclusively highlighting local botanicals. This London Dry Gin is produced from wine, distilled in a Carter Head still. There are juniper berries, coriander, orris root, rosemary, or even orange peel.
