Founded in 1958 by the Long John Distillers group, Tormore has long been celebrated as the “Pearl of Speyside”, renowned for both its beautifully designed listed distillery and its elegant, fruit-forward spirit. Since joining the Elixir Distillers family in 2022, the distillery has embarked on an exciting new journey, with renewed focus on revealing the full potential of Tormore’s exceptional single malts through a dedicated core range.
Matured in a combination of American and European oak sherry casks, Tormore 16 Year Old is a richer, more indulgent expression of the distillery’s signature style. The influence of the sherry casks brings layers of dried fruits, creamy caramel and warming spice, while preserving the bright elegance of the spirit. Smooth, complex and beautifully balanced, it offers a rewarding dram that is both comforting and sophisticated.
