Introducing a restricted release of Teeling single grain whiskey, which is produced from a mash bill comprising 95% corn and 5% barley. Continuing the distillery’s tradition of incorporating wine cask maturation, this 15-year-old variant underwent 14 years of aging in former bourbon barrels, followed by a final year resting in ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks. The outcome is a whiskey bursting with fruity and lively notes, featuring fragrances of grapefruit, subtle green apples, and honeysuckle, accompanied by a palate of invigorating and tangy peppers, honeydew melon, and hints of vanilla.
