Made from sugar cane syrup brought to the boil, this rum has retained all the aromas of the varieties 3 varieties of cane used for its conception. Le Rocher is a single pot still bottled full proof using the Clairin method. This process gives it smoky and toasted notes that will make it very recognizable among its colleagues.

TASTING NOTE
Nose: Vegetal and smoky, pine, liquorice, straw, cut herbs.
Palate: Fresh and spicy, mild attack, pepper, red pepper, a touch of acidity.
Overall : Herbaceous, a smoky, endive finish and earthy notes reminiscent of mezcal.
