Nose : Refined, deep. Remarkably fresh with herbal notes (freshly cut hay, lime tree), the initial nose unveils beautiful candied citrus (orange, lemon), white mint, and coconut milk. Upon aeration, white fruits (pear, peach, apple) release their deliciously sweet juice.

Palate : Fine, deep. Remarkably fresh with herbal notes (freshly cut hay, lime tree), the initial nose unveils beautiful candied citrus (orange, lemon), white mint, and coconut milk. Upon aeration, white fruits (pear, peach, apple) release their deliciously sweet juice.

Finish : Long, elegant. At the start of the finish, peppery and vegetal notes (bamboo, reed) harmoniously blend with vanilla, creamy (milk tart), and tangy (grapefruit) flavors. A carpet of freshly malted barley grains spreads in retro-olfaction.
