Palate : Lively, precise. Similar to the nose, multifaceted peat dominates the palate’s entry. Finely licorice-flavored, rooty (ginseng), and saline, the mid-palate evolves toward vanilla and fruity notes (pear, apple). The finish is spicy (saffron curry) and lemony.

Finish : Long, slender. Pleasant aniseed and menthol flavors refresh the palate. Evoking dry peat, the aftertaste reveals unique basil and oregano notes. The finish is indulgent, unveiling praline candies and lavender honey.
