Colour : Orange copper

Nose : Rich, deep. Behind a very pleasant mineral reduction (schist, slate), the aromatic profile reveals a magnificent rancio and fruitiness: gooseberry, wild raspberry, cherry in brandy, roasted mango, blood orange. There are also notes of incense, beeswax, and black truffle.

Palate : Clean, dynamic. Apricot-like, almost empyreumatic (stone), the flavor profile unveils intimately connected notes of sandalwood, coriander, and sun-dried tomato. This cohesion provides an impressive sense of balance. The end of the palate is textured (peach skin).

Finish : Long, silky. Suggestive, the tasting continues with empyreumatic flavors full of poetry (emery cloth, suspended dust, cacao powder). Then, red and black fruits (raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, grape) extend infinitely, evoking deep emotions.
