Tasting Notes

Nose : Reveals exuberant and fresh notes of tropical citrus, Siam pomelo, and calamondin. Upon aeration, more traditional aromas of juniper berries, pine needles, and maquis emerge.

Palate : Velvety and offers fruity and floral notes of coriander, which harmonize ideally with the rich and complex world of grains of paradise: vanilla pod, ginger, chocolate. Then come the spicy and woody notes of Makwean pepper.

Finish : Offers a fruity and sparkling explosion of citrus notes dominated by kaffir lime.
