Habitation Velier Providence is entirely produced from Cristalline sugarcane cultivated in Saint Michel de l’Attalaye, where a first fermentation is distilled between 25 and 30% alcohol in a 380-liter direct-fire Müller still.
To reach a degree of 72% alcohol, this precious liquid is then distilled a second time at the Port-au-Prince Distillery, in a 1,500-liter Müller still with 4 plates.
The result is both straightforward and unique, paying tribute to Haiti and its culture based on respect for traditions, people, and the land.

Nose : Intense and enveloping. Guava, chlorophyll, honey, fresh sugarcane, elderberry, coconut husk, freshly cut grass.
Palate : Clear and generous. Red fruits, thyme, brown sugar, pineapple, and white pepper.
Finish : Elegant and smooth. Fresh sugarcane juice, lily, cut hay, herbaceous and vegetal notes.
