Nose : Airy, subtle. Beautiful scents of lightly burnt cane sugar first fill the atmosphere. As it aerates, notes of vanilla, candied mandarin, and roasted nuts bring vitality to the aromatic palette.

Palate : Clean, lively. Flavors of candied lemon and more fibrous notes of sugarcane and grated ginger initially dominate the entire gustatory space. Gradually, it evolves toward milkier and fruitier tones (milk flan, flambéed banana).

Finish : Long, smooth. The tasting continues, highlighting the extreme delicacy of a nearly sensual mouthfeel. Then, flavors of raspberry, geranium honey, and ginger energize a remarkably serene and complex aftertaste.
