Planteray Rum Xaymaca Special Dry is a celebration of Jamaica’s iconic pot-still tradition, capturing the vibrant, ester-forward character that has shaped the island’s rum heritage for centuries. Named after Xaymaca, the original Arawak word for “land of wood and water”, this expression is a blend of rums distilled in the historic John Dore pot still at Long Pond and the Vendôme pot still at Clarendon.
