PLANTERAY RUM 2003 Trinidad

The final chapter of the iconic Planteray Terravera collection, Trinidad 2003 is the oldest and most mature vintage ever released in the series. Distilled from molasses at Trinidad Distillers Limited in 2003 using a column still, the rum first matured for 19 years in ex-bourbon casks under the intense tropical climate of Port of Spain before undergoing a further 3 years of continental refinement in Ferrand oak casks in France. This dual-aging approach concentrates both aromatic richness and textural elegance. Bottled at 47.8% ABV with naturally high ester and volatile compound levels, it offers remarkable depth, oiliness and complexity — a collector’s rum shaped by time, terroir and expert maturation.
