Colour : Golden yellow.

Nose : Rich, powerful. Medicinal (bandage, arnica), spicy (clove), mineral (rubber), and empyreumatic (fuel), the aromatic palette immediately asserts its strong personality. With aeration, some fruits (pineapple, pear, plum), honeyed scents (acacia), and gently spicy notes (ginger) add more roundness.

Palate : Both vibrant and firm. Medicinal (balm) and camphor-like, the flavor profile amplifies the spicy character of this Papalin. Cloves, nutmeg, and star anise now take center stage. It then becomes increasingly indulgent (rice) and anise-flavored (candy).

Finish : Long, full-bodied. Mature (roasted pineapple) yet freshly herbal, the tasting experience highlights the quality of a tenderly chocolatey and grainy mouthfeel (rice). Then, vanilla pods envelop the edges of the palate, giving substantial body to the flavor profile.
