DESCRIPTION
This cuvée is the second batch of rum from the Le Rejeton range. It results from the assembly of vats of white rums obtained during different distillations. The final product is made up of a base of original offspring with 10% overripe cane and 90% fresh cane, including a dominant percentage of R579 cane.

Nose : Immediately expressive albeit very subtle white flower followed by white peach, green banana, unripe mango and lastly white pepper.
Palate : The mouthfeel is full and thick, almost oily, with a well-integrated alcohol content. Flavors of vegetable and slightly tannic part of the green lemon peel, unripe mango and banana ending with badian and licorice.
Finish : Long with hints of star anise and liquorice lingering.
