Tasting Notes

Colour : Coppery orange.

Nose : Ample, creamy. Initially chocolatey, with hints of licorice and grainy rye, the aromatic profile then becomes medicinal (arnica), herbal (alfalfa essential oils), oxidized (roasted mango), and smoky (apricot kernel). Finally, coffee beans delicately settle at the top of the olfactory space.

Palate : Clear, intense. Tertiary notes (dry leaf, chestnut), heady florals (tuberose, geranium), and jammy fruit (orange, apricot) give the flavor profile a radiant maturity. Increasingly smooth, it evolves toward more honeyed (pine, heather), roasted (coffee), and infused (black tea) tones.

Finish : Long, concentrated. Now, fresh figs, melons, guavas, and wild strawberries delightfully take over a flavor profile that is remarkably balanced. Cocoa beans, grated ginger, and toffee then spread smoothly across the palate.
