Colour : Deep gold

Nose : Soft and round, the nose takes us into a fruity universe with hints of apple, apricot, and white-fleshed fruits. It retains a prominent presence of honey and chocolate aromas with hints of candied orange peel.

Palate : Smooth. The palate offers a very interesting duality. On one hand, there is a pastry-like style marked by vanilla and kouglof, and on the other hand, the bitterness that can be detected with dark chocolate and citrus zest such as mandarin and orange.

Finish : In line with the palate, the bitterness is balanced by slightly toasted notes, revealing the remnants of this coexistence between vanilla sweetness and fruity bitterness.
