Tasting Notes

Nose : Both fresh and seductive, it reveals sweet notes of ripe pear, cherry juice, and exotic fruits. Citrus notes, including blood orange and lemon, emerge, followed by subtle floral hints of apple blossom and cherry blossom. As it opens, it becomes richer and more indulgent, with aromas of coconut, bourbon vanilla, and cream-filled chouquettes. Underneath are delicate hints of mint and a touch of musk.

Palate : Juicy and delightfully indulgent, it delivers on the promises of the nose. A medley of ripe fruits is complemented by pronounced notes of rum (banana) and caramel. It gains complexity with flavors of licorice, star anise, and zan (French licorice). The mid-palate becomes fruitier, dominated by pear nectar, before transitioning to creamier flavors, maintaining a persistent freshness throughout.

Finish : Just as indulgent as the palate, it evolves with notes of pear and bourbon vanilla, fading into a beautifully light bitterness.
