Selected by LMDW APAC for our 18th Anniversary, Neisson Straight From The Barrel Fût n°264 Mainmain was distilled on 28 June 2018.

Aged in Neisson’s Mainmain warehouse on rack 3, where the average humidity is 77% and the average temperature 27.7°C, this barrel yielded only 241 bottles.

Golden in colour, with gourmet notes of candied fruits and chocolate, vanilla and spice, caressed with wood, Fût n°264 explodes into a tasteful symphony that is both elegant and powerful. The palate is round and the finish is very long and sensual.

This rum showcases the influence of their cellars with their specific humidity and temperature variations. Unfiltered and uncut, it delivers the full character of the Neisson spirit.

According to their positioning on the racks in the same cellar, the barrels, their origin and their volume will have a dynamic impact during aging affecting angel’s share and thus modifying their aromatic perception.

All these factors have cumulated in a totally singular Neisson single cask for LMDW APAC, in a fitting celebration of our 18th anniversary.
