Tasting Notes

Colour : Golden yellow.

Nose : Rich and heady. Both peppery, vanilla-like, licorice, and fibrous (sugarcane wood), the aromatic profile is refreshed by scents of lime, exotic fruits (pineapple), and medicinal notes.

Palate : Both lively and soft. Extending the nose for a long time, the flavor profile gradually reveals honeyed and infused notes (verbena, sage). Very intense, it now unveils a whole array of mild spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, star anise).

Finish : Long and smooth. Milky (almond), the tasting now reaches a state of tranquility, allowing exotic fruits (banana, kiwi, kaffir lime) to take center stage. On the retro-olfaction, scents of iris concrete and dandelion add a heady and pastoral dimension.
