Tasting Notes
Nose : Rich and creamy. Cacao beans and rancio (cherry in brandy) come first, followed by medicinal and spicy notes (pepper, cumin). It develops into fruit paste and candied fruits.
Palate : Dense and indulgent. Gingerbread is sliced into layers. Cinnamon, clove, and cardamom are part of the mix. A hint of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) emerges as a finale.
Finish : Soft and smooth. Beeswax and nutmeg pair well with a cigar. It extends with roasted nuts and a mousse-like texture. The retro-olfaction is flavorful with a slightly animal touch (bacon).
