Macallan 10-year-old cask strength bottled in the 2000s after maturing in sherry casks. This now discontinued Macallan bottling has seen numerous versions over the decades. When Macallan regained its bottling rights from Campbell, Hope & King in the early 1980s, it added the 10-year-old “100 Proof” or “Full Proof” to the range, some of which were imported by Giovinetti & Figli from Italy, followed in the 2000s by the “Cask Strength” versions, of which this bottle is one of the last representatives.
