Tasting Notes

Colour : Golden yellow.

Nose : Ample, deep. Initially, aromas of rice, strong spices (star anise, clove), and fresh fruits (pear, mirabelle plum, peach) take center stage. Then, the aromatic palette becomes increasingly honeyed (linden), infused (wormwood), and medicinal (Tiger Balm).

Palate : Lively, dynamic. Carrying over the spicy character from the nose, the flavor profile introduces a refreshing exotic dimension (pineapple, banana, kiwi). It then invites us to enjoy a delicious vanilla flan and fresh figs.

Finish : Long, silky. Licorice-infused (verbena, rosemary), the flavor profile continues with maltier and rootier tones (ginger, gentian), adding more definition and consistency. Later, scents of white pepper, cinnamon, and green licorice escape from the empty glass.
