Nose : Rich stewed fruit leads to sweet toffee and toasted hazelnuts. A hint of black currant combines with festive spice and mature oak.
Palate : Vanilla fudge gives way to rich cinnamon and ginger. Bright Seville orange zest complements cocoa powder and walnut.
Finish : Full and spicy with lingering citrus fruit.
