Tasting Notes

Colour : Green gold.

Nose : Both delicate and rich. Mentholated, peppery, and malty, the first nose opens with notes of vanilla and lemon. With aeration, these aromas harmoniously intertwine. Then, the aromatic palette becomes more medicinal (balm, mustard seed).

Palate : Elegant, ample. Reflecting the spiced character (pepper, clove) of the nose, the palate shows a fermentative (wort), liqueur-like (roasted pineapple, cane sugar), and licorice character. The mid-palate evolves towards herbal notes (hay, alfalfa) with great freshness.

Finish : Long, creamy. With flavors of coconut, vanilla flan, and meringue, the finish is a pure delight. Overflowing with naturalness, the aftertaste returns to malty territory (green barley, germinating barley). The end of the palate offers a subtle blend of lemon and vanilla.
