Colour : Old gold.
Nose : Clear, generous. Initially, a pleasant salinity precedes spicy aromas (nutmeg, cinnamon, clove), animal notes (leather), and infused elements (smoky black tea). Floral (lavender), the aromatic palette evolves toward more woody (cedar, sandalwood) and medicinal (biafine) registers, providing a lot of energy.
Palate : Creamy, precise. Flavors of caramel and melted butter create a first tasting sequence full of voluptuousness. Then, smoky notes lead us to a fireplace where chestnuts are roasting. Warm, it is gradually refreshed by notes of blood orange and mochi.
Finish : Elegant, serene. Tenderly chocolatey, the start of the finish is also aniseed and fruity (clementine). Then, an intense smoke permeates the atmosphere. Over time, the aftertaste evolves toward more animalistic (beef rib) and vegetal (burning cigar) tones.
