Founded in 2005, Kilchoman is the first distillery built on the Isle of Islay in over a century.

Brought to life by the sea spray from Machir Bay beach, their first single malt was released in September 2009.

Modeled after a 19th-century “farm distillery,” Kilchoman prides itself on handcrafting a peated malt with finely salty accents.

The 100% Islay 13th Edition was distilled from the 2012, 2013, and 2014 Publican barley harvests, before being aged for a minimum of 8 years in 44 bourbon casks.

The resulting whisky is a delicious combination of lightly peated barley, with the influence of bourbon casks bringing buttery and vanilla notes, along with caramel that perfectly complements Kilchoman’s fruity, tangy, and peaty character.
