Colour : Mahogany

Nose : Dense and full-bodied. Empyreumatic (incense), oriental (orange blossom), honeyed (heather), and herbaceous (cut hay), the aromatic palette exudes undeniable poetry. Evoking the waxed, varnished, and exquisitely woody ambiance of fine cabinetry, it transitions into notes of dates and prunes.

Palate : Rich and well-balanced. Bold and expressive, the gustatory palette begins with magnificent flavors of cherry brandy and baked apples. Impressive in its presence, it becomes increasingly honeyed, tertiary (raisins, chestnuts), exotic (roasted pineapple), and spicy (paprika).

Finish : Generous and expansive. Following the spicy (pepper, clove) undertones of the palate, the tasting experience shifts toward tangier notes (mandarin, lemon). Then, venturing into the world of dessert wines, the finish oscillates between the dark fruits of a Vintage Port and the candied fruitiness of a perfectly matured Sauternes.
