Tasting Notes

Colour : Deep golden yellow.

Nose : Fresh, smooth. Exotic (pineapple), fermentative, slightly petrol-like, medicinal (arnica), and milky (coconut), the aromatic palette reveals itself as extremely complex. As it breathes, scents of agave flower and artichoke heart bring it a great deal of elegance.

Palate : Round, indulgent. Divinely vanilla, herbaceous (sugarcane, agave), and fibrous (gentian root), the flavor profile evolves toward more minty and exotic registers (candied banana). Then, nutty flavors and more mineral ones (chalk) deeply saturate the palate.

Finish : Long, full-bodied. Floral (pansy, geranium), the tasting continues with herbaceous and saline flavors (clover, samphire). Refreshed by citrus zests (lemon, grapefruit), it becomes increasingly spicy (ginger, cinnamon) and fruity (pear, apple) over time.
