Nose : Seville orange peel complements ripe red apple and floral notes. Vanilla fudge gives way to passionfruit and a hint of fresh-cut grass.
Palate : Smooth pineapple and watermelon are followed by spicy pepper. Desiccated coconut comes to the fore alongside subtle grapefruit and mature oak.
Finish : Full and spicy with lingering citrus and soft aniseed.
