TASTING NOTES

NOSE A newly varnished wooden fruit bowl, piled with apples, pears and nectarines. A vase of freshly cut narcissus and lemon sherbet sweets.
PALATE Golden syrup sponge cake, with thin vanilla custard and lemon puff biscuits. Homemade apple jelly, spread on buttered white bread. Rosy apple boiled sweets.
FINISH Vanilla and apple notes soften to a gentle sweetness on the finish.
