Profile: the full-bodied initial nose is marked by notes of vanilla, almond milk and fresh walnut. It also reveals a huge variety of fruit (bramble, cherry, apricot) and chocolate. Allowed to breathe, it becomes empyreumatic (crème brûlée). The heady attack is very spicy (pink peppercorn, cinnamon). The spirit’s finesse beams on the mid-palate. The finish is softened by notes of raspberry coulis and apple jelly.
