Colour : Old gold.
Nose : Refined, complex. Revealing scents of polish (varnish, precious woods, sandpaper), the aromatic palette is refreshed by the presence of numerous fruits (apricot, mango, orange, walnut). As it aerates, incense, cumin, and turmeric scents emerge, showcasing its empyreumatic and spicy evolution.
Palate : Both lively and smooth. Energized by orange and pink grapefruit zest, the flavor profile quickly becomes suave (quince jelly, apricot jam). Then, deliciously vanilla and creamy, its mouthfeel becomes increasingly granular (peach skin) and powdery (ginger).
Finish : Long, full-bodied. Returning with persuasive intensity to the incense notes from the nose, the tasting gradually takes on liqueur-like (cane sugar) and indulgent tones (milk bread, rice pudding). In the aftertaste, cocoa beans and coffee grains deeply saturate the palate.
