FAIR Spirits is an independent spirit producer, established since 2009 and dedicated to produce high quality products combining fair trade, sustainable development and French savoir fair. It is this vision that has taken the two pioneers all over the world to source the best ingredients to create high quality spirits. Fair Trade has rigorous standards for prices, working conditions and farming practices contributing to sustainable development. The sugar cane is grown using organic and sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each stalk is carefully hand harvested to maximize the yield and protect the land.
