Massimo Righi, owner of the Italian trading company Whisky Antique, markets under the Silver Seal label not only remarkable Scottish single malts but also outstanding rums. This 21-year-old Demerara rum, with its incredible complexity, can only make us lament the closure of the Enmore distillery in British Guiana in 1993. Fortunately, the two wooden still columns were transferred to the Diamond distillery at that time.
