The varieties of sugar cane used are non-hybridized and are grown using completely natural methods. The harvest is still done manually and the transport of sugar cane to the distillery is provided by donkeys or ox carts. Made from fresh sugar cane juice, fermented spontaneously, distilled in naked-fired stills and bottled at natural strength, Clairins offer unexplored and surprising aromas.

We have selected and made available our best Single Cask aged in Ex-Lustau barrels to all of our friends, who through the purchase of these bottles have supported us and helped us overcome the huge damages suffered during the earthquake of 08/14/2021 causing serious damage to the distillery and affecting us as a family.
