Nose : Rich, creamy. The first sequence is vanilla, fruity (apple, pineapple, green banana), honeyed (acacia), and herbaceous (cut hay), setting the tone immediately. Then, enchanting spicy (sugarcane, nutmeg) and floral (mimosa, broom) aromas emerge.

Palate : Full, noble. The palate opens with a tart note (grapefruit), along with malty (barley) and exotic (pineapple, kiwi) flavors. Subtly licorice-infused, the mid-palate is indulgent (toasted bread). Fine chocolate flavors gradually envelop the taste buds.

Finish :Long, flavorful. Both malty and chocolaty, the start of the finish follows seamlessly from the palate. Infused with notes of gentian and chamomile, the aftertaste is remarkably fresh. Dandelion notes highlight the rustic character of the flavor profile.
