CAORUNN Raspberry

This “Scottish Raspberry” variant uses hand-picked raspberries from a Scottish farm in Perthshire, along with the 11 ingredients used in the production of the traditional cuvée. No additives or colorings have been added to preserve the rich aroma of the fruit. Produced at the Balmenach distillery in Speyside, it uses a specific still (Copper Berry Chamber), used in the 1920s in the United States to extract essential oils originally used in perfume making. Through this particular infusion process, the alcohol vapors slowly extract the aromas of the different ingredients used. Caorunn “Scottish Raspberry” brings a sweet and indulgent dimension to the range, marked by the aromatic intensity of the raspberry. This gin is best enjoyed on the rocks or mixed with tonic, accompanied by fresh raspberries or a slice of red apple.
