Palate : Full-bodied, distinguished. Closely tied to the nose, the flavor profile offers irresistible gourmet elements (coffee éclair, prune flan, mocha). Then, flavors of walnut husk, pipe tobacco, and beeswax mingle with warm hues of burnt sienna.

Finish : Long, full. Continuing from the palate, the tasting extends with the appearance of numerous red and black fruits (strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry). Resinous (pine, cedar), roasted, oily (black olive), the flavor profile takes on more herbal paths (malted barley, alfalfa) and heady (orris concrete) notes.
