Nose : Complex, smooth. Initially marked by notes of flowers and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), it evolves towards peat and ash (soot) before becoming maritime (salt, iodine, smoked fish) and spicy (camphor, cinnamon).
Palate : Rich, creamy. Smoke and sleet mingle with white flowers and citrus (lemon). It develops into spices (pepper) and red fruits (raspberry, blueberry).
Finish : Long and mineral (flint, slate), it extends into the fine acridity of peat and licorice. The dry extracts, once the glass is empty, reveal notes of white pepper, earth, and truffle.
