Vulson White Rhino is the fruit of a collaboration between the master distiller of the Domaine des Hautes Glaces, Frédéric Revol, and Xavier Padovani, an international partner of the Experimental Cocktail Club. Vulson White Rhino Rye concentrates the flavours of rye and reveals a fruity, herbaceous nose and a full-bodied, cereal palate. This eau de vie can be enjoyed neat as an aperitif, with a meal or in a cocktail.

Nose: Fruity (cherry plum, pear, agave) and herbaceous (juniper, mimosa).
Palate: Unctuous and spicy (pepper, clove). Dried fruit (almond, cashew nut).
Finish: Sweet, long and balanced. Spicy (Cayenne pepper, nutmeg). Gentian and liquorice.
