Colour : Old gold with copper highlights.
Nose : Rich, concentrated. Initially, aromas of dark chocolate, ginger, beeswax, and iris concrete bring great energy to the aromatic palette. Then, it reveals scents of corn, puffed rice, and clove, remarkable for their presence and elegance. Gradually, cocoa powder and grated ginger fill the olfactory space.
Palate : Clean, distinguished. In line with the nose, the flavor profile is also marked by marmalade and lavender honey. Then, gradually covered by a thin layer of slightly burnt caramel, it ventures into more exotic territories (mango, guava, flambéed banana). The finish is beautifully anise-flavored.
Finish : Long, smooth. Enhanced by a pleasant medicinal touch (balm), the tasting continues with notes of dried fruits (apricot, date, walnut). Indulgent (coffee éclair, Paris-Brest), it extends into more oriental tones (orange blossom, coriander). Mature, the aftertaste transports us to a radiant autumn (chestnut, dried leaves, marron).
