Description
Tasting Notes
Color : Orange copper
Nose : Rich and velvety. On the first nose, scents of dried apricot, chocolate, cherries in eau de vie, and musk highlight the very beautiful influence of sherry wine. Upon aeration, it becomes floral (lavender, iris) and spicy (ginger, cloves). As it develops, citrus fruits (orange, mandarin) spread a delightfully tart and toning juice on the aromatic palette.
Palate : Dense and deep. Remarkably balanced, the attack on the palate is also deliciously apricot and indulgent (coffee liégeois). This particularly tasty beginning lasts a long time. In the mid-palate, flavors of gingerbread, curry, and vanilla provide a lot of tenderness to the taste palette. The aftertaste reveals many dried fruits (almond, hazelnut, date, cashew nut) and coconut milk.
Finish : Long and tasty. At the beginning of the finish, raisins and zante cover the papillae with their deliciously liquor flavors. More herbal (malted barley, clover flowers), the very end of the palate is in turn apricot and infused (black tea). In the retro-olfaction, salted butter caramel delicately coats.
