Nose : Intensely fruity and exotic, the nose opens with notes of pineapple, banana, and candied yuzu. The raw material is also present: it translates into aromas of porridge and cereal bread! After a long fermentation and column distillation, only a light and elegant veil of smoke remains from the peat, enveloping the whole, accompanied by delicate hints of white flowers and Granny Smith apple.
Palate : Smooth and just as fruity as the nose suggests, the palate releases flavors of persimmons, quinces, and juicy pears that share the spotlight with notes of lemon tart and apple candy! The palate is fresh, offering subtle hints of mint and chlorophyll that harmonize beautifully with more pastry-like notes (vanilla custard and coconut).
Finish : Brief but distinct, the finish emphasizes ripe fruit notes (mango, pineapple) before returning to the grains with flavors of fresh malt accompanied by a fleeting smoky sensation.
