Maison Arhumatic has already worked with the frécinette, a small but flavorful banana, as well as cocoa beans. In certain tropical lands, banana trees were planted to protect cocoa trees and feed the workers who took care of them. Guadeloupe is one of these fertile lands on which these two crops are grown. The same is true for sugar cane, which is used to make rum. For Maison Arhumatic, it was a given to unite these three items from the same island. This maceration is both exotic and pastry-like, with bananas perfectly combining with chocolate and rum.
