This is the first time that Habitation Velier has bottled a white rum from the Amrut distillery.
This limited edition Indian rum is crafted from pure sugarcane juice sourced from a nearby field of the distillery, all done in a true artisanal approach.
The yeasts triggering fermentation and the stills used for distillation are the same as those used for the famous Amrut whiskies.

Nose : Sweet and fresh. Iodine tint, freshly pressed sugarcane juice, balm, lemon zest, and sorrel.
Palate : Clear and intense. Dry grass, lavender, acacia honey, saffron, coconut powder, and heather.
Finish : Long and precise. Unripe Williams pear, harlequin candy, white pepper, licorice, lovage, and iodine.
