Tasting Notes
Colour : Golden brown.
Nose : Indulgent and fruity. Salted caramel and coconut-vanilla custard work in tandem with a hint of peach and melon. This hint becomes dominant over plantain and sweet oranges, complemented by subtle oak notes.
Palate : Indulgent and rich. A fruit cocktail, creamy peach and melon in syrup, followed by plantain, citrus, and vanilla custard. The overall texture is a sweet compote, rich and supported by honey and sorbet.
Finish : Honey and plantain refuse to leave, joined by gentle spices.
